In principle, it is a bad idea to hack into the e-mail account of a 15-year-old girl and post her private files on the Web. In practice, it is a worse idea if that 15-year-old is famous. On Monday, the FBI raided the home of Josh Holly , 19, a resident of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, who had been bragging in Internet posts about hacking into the MySpace account of the Disney Channel star Miley Cyrus , Wired.com reported. In interviews and Web posts, Holly, who also goes by the screen name TrainReq, boasted about obtaining personal photos of the young performer, as well as her Gmail password. According to Wired.com, the FBI served Holly with a search warrant and questioned him for more than an hour, but have not charged him with a crime.
